Jojoba Oil – Benefits & Ways To Use

Hi Friends – In Today’s video we are discussing Jojoba Oil. Its benefits and ways to use Jojoba Oil.
I will be taking a closer look at Jojoba Oil and talking through the many ways I have been using it for hair, skin and body.

Jojoba oil is the liquid produced in the seed of the Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) plant, a shrub, which is native to southern Arizona, southern California, and northwestern Mexico. The oil makes up approximately 50% of the jojoba seed by weight. The terms “jojoba oil” and “jojoba wax” are often used interchangeably because the wax visually appears to be a mobile oil, but as a wax it is composed almost entirely (~97%) of mono-esters of long-chain fatty acids and alcohols, accompanied by only a tiny fraction of triglyceride esters. This composition accounts for its extreme shelf-life stability and extraordinary resistance to high temperatures, compared with true vegetable oils.

This video is NOT sponsored, I purchased this oil myself. I have however since been gifted other oils and products from Facetheory.

  1. Hi, Thank you so much for your video! I have questions: Is it safe to keep the oil on our face when we sleep? (I tried to understand the whole video but I don’t speak english very well, I’m still learning sorry for the bad grammar by the way ;;’) Oh and how old are you and for how many time did use that oil? (It’s okay if you don’t want to answer me, in any way, thank you again for you video!! Have a good day♥)

  2. Thank you for explaining. Is this jojoba oil good for wrinkles? Will it remove wrinkles on skin? Can kids use this oil for their skin and hair? Thank you

  3. Thank u for posting ❤ helps a lot. God bless u and anyone that reads this. Sending lots of healing energy for anyone who’s struggling 💋 xoxo

  4. What if you have the kind of skin that just sucks anything in and after awhile your skin appears to be dry again?

  5. Is this okay for a guy to use? I do dialysis and the treatments really makes my skin dry and regular lotion doesn’t do much.

  6. Thank you. This is just the info I was looking for. I recently tried jojoba oil while visiting a friend, it made my skin so soft and I felt like my makeup looked way better after using it and letting it soak in for about 10 minutes like you said. It has been so helpful for my lips, and I am using it all over now. I will try it as a deep conditioner on my hair and a few drops in my bath next. God bless!

  7. Very informative video 👏!!❤️ I love jojoba oil!! I have been using it for about 5years now, I apply it under my eyes, cheekbones and my neck before applying my daily makeup and it’s Ah-mazing, it has kept my skin feeling and looking more youthful (I’m 42), It really helps my inflammation under my eyes and hides any lines, it goes on smoothly with my foundation and concealer. I Highly recommend jojoba oil.

  8. So in regards to dry scalp or flaking and that sort of thing that comes when your hair needs a wash, whats the best way to apply/leave in/wash out?
Since i wont get an instant answer, im gona put it in my hair now as ive just washed it, put on a hair scarf and sleep, but is it good to wash it out in the morn or just carry on?
Been having this scalp issue for years and to this day haven’t really found the correct method/answer to keep the issue down apart from washing hair every 2 days and greasing it, but the issue is, what is the correct oil for me to use? – btw i have coolie type west indian curly hair

  9. I’m very eager after this clear and concise video to get some of this godly oil! I have type 2 to type 3A curly hair and 3 years back I used to have far thicker hair, an afro when I picked it out too. I’m Latino and my mama is sad my hair has been declining, looking fr something to get it back!

  10. I have used jojoba in every way mentioned for the last 5 years. Also in many others. I have discontinued using most OTC products. People frequently comment that they are surprised I am over 60….I am 79. Love finding this product. Linda

  11. Great video!! After doing some research I finally bought some and hoping it helps with my acne 🤞🏽 so many benefits to it

  12. I’ve had issues with dry skin and acne. I’ve used dr prescribed medication, face washes, loads of toners and moisturises but nothing worked. I now only use jojoba oil to remove makeup , wash my face and moisturise it after. My acne has shrunk, I first noticed all the puss came to the surface which I’ve never had. Then they shrunk and are nearly gone. It’s so amazing!!!! My skin is so hydrated and soft for the first time ever. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

  13. Kissing in the videos is creepy – were not all lezbo. You will be reported for inappropriate content if u continue

  14. hey m from india, i am growing my hairout and my hair are becoming fizzy and tangled! i tried several coconut oil onion oils but sadly nothing worked…i heard about argan oil and i recently bought OGX argan oil but it also didnt worked for me….then i had a beard oil which had jojoba oil in its ingredient list…idk why but i tried it once n it suited my hair…. should i purchase pure jojoba oil !? will it help me? please suggest

  15. I’m going to try this on my hair. I have wavy hair which is hard to deal with…well at least for me lol. When my hair is wet, I love the way my curls look and wish they’d stay that way, but then my hair dries and a lot of my hair looks straight with a few curls here and there except the back of my head that is the waviest part of my hair almost looking like I crimped it. Other oils and hair products I’ve used for curly hair always just make my hair look oily like I haven’t washed my hair in awhile which I do not like. So fingers crossed this works well for my hair and gives me the look I want

  16. Here to verify if I’m using the jojoba oil right and to testify yes I use it on my skin and hair especially on my dandruff and for one day use it helps my dandruff. I will continue using this for the amazing benefits

  17. I testify this works for dry scalp. I use this 1 hour before shower, then use a morringa shampoo. After shower I spray my damp hair with rose water. This combo is the best ive not have dandruff ever since. This is a struggle for me as I live in a tropical country and my home is just a mile away from the beach.
